Alain Locke had an outstanding turnout last week for the annual pre-K through fourth grade Family Literacy Night event.
This year’s event, themed “The Enchanted Forest,” was organized by the Alain Locke pre-K through fourth grade teams. The night was an opportunity for students and family members to practice reading and writing and even do arts and crafts together. Everyone met for dinner in the gym following the literacy sessions.
