At Alain Locke, we believe offering a full curriculum is the best way to prepare our All-Stars to make their way in the world.

Part of that includes math… which can sometimes be tricky to perfect. But like Katherine Johnson, the late African-American mathematician who was critical to NASA’s success, used to say: “…There will always be science, engineering, and technology. And there will always, always be mathematics.”

In addition to those wise words, she was also known to say, “In math, you’re either right or you’re wrong.” Can’t really argue with that!
