Principal Patrick Love Featured on Achievement Network Panel

Principal Patrick Love spoke last week as part of a panel discussion at the Achievement Network’s “Fireside Chat.”

Principal Love and three other school principals met at the Chicago Literacy Alliance on Tuesday to share their perspectives on education before an audience of 35 Minnesota school leaders.

As panelists, Principal Love and his fellow school leaders discussed visions for instructional excellence, achieving progress in schools and working effectively within leadership teams, among other topics.

Joining Principal Love as panelists on Tuesday were:

  • Valencia Koker, principal of Dewey School of Excellence (Chicago)
  • Erik Olson, principal of Hamline Elementary (Chicago)
  • Tasia White, principal of 21st Century Prep (Racine, Wisconsin)

The Fireside Chat was held as part of the Achievement Network’s two-day “Learning Walk” experience, which was centered around the question, “What steps forward can I take in my role to advance equitable instruction for students?”

The event was made possible in collaboration with the Great MN Schools organization.
