Our fifth grade All-Stars had an amazing day at the wonderful Chicago Botanic Garden in Glencoe on Thursday!
During their field trip, students dug into the fascinating world of carnivorous plants and learned how these incredible marvels of nature snack on bugs to survive — how cool is that?! As if that wasn’t exciting enough, each student got the materials they need to take care of their own plants at home.
