Last Friday, the Alain Locke All-Stars enjoyed a fun-filled morning of Black History Month celebrations as part of the 2024-25 Annual Heritage Bowl.
This special program in the school gymnasium featured a visit from a police officer; a speech from our community representative; a live performance from the Silver Sliders, a line dancing group for senior citizens; and even some friendly competition between our seventh- and eighth-graders!
