All-Stars Gather to View Rare Total Solar Eclipse at Alain Locke

On Monday, our Alain Locke All-Stars gathered together outside at school for the very special viewing of the total solar eclipse.

We’re so happy everyone had the opportunity to view this extraordinary cosmic occurrence, as it really isn’t every day that we get to see a spectacular astronomical event like this. In fact, according to CNN, the next total solar eclipse that will pass through the contiguous United States will take place on August 22, 2044.

We hope our All-Stars enjoyed Monday’s total solar eclipse viewing as much as we did! We’re so proud of everyone for doing such a nice job wearing their protective glasses while watching. See all the photos from the big day below.
