The Chicago Public Schools Regional Science Fair this past Saturday proved to be a very exciting day for Alain Locke.
That’s because, not just one, but — TWO — of our incredible All-Stars were recognized for their projects. Let’s all give it up for our winners:
- Seventh-grader Key’lee G., who earned a bronze medal for her project, “Galaxy’s Colorful Secret Keepers”
- Eighth-grader Ramal C., who took home a gold medal for his project, “Sucrose and Smoothness: A Frozen Investigation”; next, he’ll advance to the Citywide Science Fair at the Griffin Museum of Science and Industry on Friday, February 6
