DISCUSSION

1. Crowe Financial Statement Audit (Christine Torres from Crowe) • Action Item: Move to accept the audit findings for 2024-2025 as presented by Crowe. 

2. Bylaws Amendment (Catherine Burns) • Action Item: Move to adjust the board member requirement in Section 5.2. Number and Qualifications to the following: The number of directors of the Corporation shall be not less than eight nor more than thirteen.
