200 in Attendance for Annual Family Literacy Night

More than 200 students and family members were in attendance for the annual Alain Locke Family Literacy Night last week.

The event, which was themed “Reading Gives You Superpowers,” included visits from some of our favorite “superheroes,” reading activities and crafts with teachers, and dinner.

The event was open to all Alain Locke pre-K through fourth grade families.

We’d like to say a special “thank you” to Mrs. Cebrzynski for coordinating the event, as well as all of those who helped out to make the night possible.
